There are twin stars that you have to guide around obstacles and adjust in a way that they will meet in the middle, so you get to clear the level.
There are lots of levels to unlock, each of which presenting a new set of obstacles you either have to avoid or work around with. The only requirement is that the twin stars should touch once you let them go, so make sure that each adjustment is refined and perfect.
